Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your purchase and use of Ready Income Sites ("Ready Income Sites," "we," "us" or "our"), a service operated by Vector Collective LLC. By purchasing from or applying to Ready Income Sites, or by creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the service.

1. Consent to information use and soft credit inquiry

By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of the information you give us, including your name, email address, phone number and other identifiers, for verification, enrichment, prequalification and soft credit inquiries. We share this information only with trusted service providers, and only to deliver the services you ask for. If you do not consent, do not use our services.

You understand that you are giving written instructions under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and other applicable law that authorize Ready Income Sites and its partners to make soft inquiries and to obtain consumer reports, scores and other information about you from third parties, including Experian, TransUnion and Equifax. These instructions let Ready Income Sites and its partners obtain this information at any time and use it to prequalify you or match you with offers.

A soft credit inquiry is a prequalification check. It does not affect your credit score and other lenders cannot see it. Ready Income Sites is not a consumer reporting agency and does not store or transmit consumer credit report data.

Any financing is offered by phone after your purchase and is optional. Third party lenders provide the financing under their own terms. You are responsible for any firm offer of financing that you accept based on a prequalification result. Our Privacy Policy explains your right to opt out of prescreened offers under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

2. What you receive

Your purchase gives you access to the Ready Income Sites platform, where you can create and run affiliate websites. Depending on your plan, this includes:

• Prebuilt niche websites, hosted on a branded subdomain, with products, articles and email capture already in place.
• A members dashboard to manage your sites, content and affiliate links.
• The AI content tools, social content tools and flip and stack toolkit described on our sales page.
• The full training library.
• One onboarding specialist call by phone.

The number of sites you can create depends on your plan:

Access is delivered by email right after checkout. If you do not receive it within one hour, contact support.

3. Prices and payment

Every purchase is a one time payment. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges.

• Plans: Starter $67, Growth $197, Unlimited $297. Limited time discounts may be offered at checkout. The price you pay is the price shown when you confirm your order.
• Order form add ons: optional items you can select on the order form, such as the Priority Onboarding Call ($29.95). Each is a separate one time charge.
• Upgrades after checkout: after your order you may be offered optional upgrades at a one time price shown on the page. If you accept, the upgrade is charged to the card you used at checkout without you entering it again.

We never charge your card without an action you take and confirm on a page. Payments are handled by the payment processor shown on the order form. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Charges appear on your card statement as readyincomesites.com/help. A plan, an add on and an upgrade bought on the same day appear as separate lines.

4. 30 day money back guarantee

• What it covers: every purchase, including your plan, order form add ons and upgrades. Each purchase has its own 30 days, counted from the date of that purchase.
• How to ask: email support@readyincomesites.com, call 111-111-1111, use the form on our support page, or reply to any email from us. Include the email you bought with, or the amount and date from your statement.
• How it is paid: we process refunds within 5 business days, back to the original payment method. Your bank can take another 5 to 10 business days to show it.
• After a refund: access to the refunded item ends. If your plan is refunded, your account and its sites are closed.
• After 30 days: purchases are not refundable, except where the law requires it.

5. Chargebacks and disputes

Please contact us before you dispute a charge with your bank. Under our guarantee, a refund through us is faster than a chargeback. While a dispute is open, your account and any websites on it are suspended. If the dispute is decided in your favor, the account stays closed. If it is withdrawn or decided in our favor, we restore access.

6. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate information when you order.
• Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You can cancel your account at any time by contacting support. Canceling closes your account. Refunds follow section 4.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms. If we close your account without a breach on your part, we refund your plan in full.

7. Your sites and content

You own the content you add to your sites. The prebuilt content, templates, software and training remain ours, and you may use them only on sites inside your account while your account is active. If you sell or transfer a site with the flip and stack toolkit, the buyer must hold an active Ready Income Sites account.

You are responsible for what your sites publish, including product claims and the affiliate disclosures required by law and by the Federal Trade Commission.

8. Affiliate networks

Ready Income Sites is not owned by, endorsed by or affiliated with ClickBank, Amazon, eBay, WarriorPlus, JVZoo, DigiStore24 or Whop. You must create your own accounts with these networks and follow their terms. Commissions are paid to you by the networks, not by us, and we are not responsible for approval decisions, payouts or account actions by any network.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to publish unlawful, misleading, hateful or infringing content, to send spam, or to interfere with the platform or other users. We may remove content or suspend sites that break this section.

10. Text messages

If you opt in at checkout, we may send marketing and service text messages to the number you gave, including offers, discounts, service updates and cart reminders. Consent is not required to buy. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

11. Earnings disclaimer

Results vary, and the examples on our pages are not typical. We do not promise or guarantee any income. Your results depend on many factors, including your effort, niche choice, traffic and market conditions. Every business carries a risk of losing the money you put in. We provide tools and training. What you do with them is up to you.

12. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error free.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost commissions.

13. General terms

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in Dubai. Any dispute is heard by the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
• We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not reduce the refund rights that applied when you made a purchase.
• If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
• Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
